Product Introduction

  • Typical applications include nanotechnology (production of nano-particle materials and graphene dispersions), cell disruption, sample preparation, homogenization, ChIP analysis, emulsification, dispersion, and deagglomeration, as well as applications in sonochemistry processing(Laboratory & Research Use).
  • 18~1800W ultrasonic homogenizer can safely process various organic and inorganic materials, from 100 microliters to 1000 milliliters.

Application(Laboratory & Research Use)

  • YP series ultrasonic products have typical applications including nanotechnology (production of nanoparticles and graphene dispersions), cell disruption, sample preparation, homogenization, ChIP analysis, emulsification, deagglomeration and disaggregation, as well as applications in sonochemical processing(Laboratory & Research Use).

Product Description

  • Fulfil a wide variety of tasks in everyday laboratory work.
  • The range of devices is correspondingly diverse. Understanding the basic design of the homogenisers and the resulting application-related selection of the individual components is the basis for successful application.
  • Sonicator (ultrasonic homogenisers) is Homogenisation, deagglomeration, emulsification, suspension, acceleration of chemical reactions or disruption of cells(Laboratory & Research Use).
  • Greatly reduced process times and quickly available reproducible results make LAWSON Laboratory ultrasonic homogenisers indispensable for modern processes and analytics.

Experimental Objectives

  • 1. Understand the basic principles of ultrasonic cell crushing.
  • 2. Master the basic techniques of ultrasonic cell crushing.

Experimental Principle

  • When strong sound waves act on a solution, the cavitation phenomenon of bubble formation, growth, and rupture is caused. The shock waves and shear forces caused by cavitation lead to the lysis of cells.
