Logistics Policy

1. Purpose
This Logistics Policy outlines the standards and procedures for the shipping and delivery of goods for our company. We aim to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective shipping, maintaining high standards of customer service while using reputable logistics providers.

2. Shipping Providers
The company primarily utilizes the following logistics carriers:

  • UPS: For international and domestic shipments, offering reliable delivery and tracking services.

  • FedEx: For both international and domestic shipments, focusing on fast and secure transportation.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Regular delivery service,  shipments and 5–15 business days for international shipments, depending on the destination.

  • Orders are shipped from our designated U.S. warehouse or international fulfillment centers.

4. Shipping Fees
For international shipping, all products are shipped freight-free. However, additional customs duties and import taxes may be levied (these duties vary globally and are based on the policies of each country). Unless otherwise specified, these duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Order cut-off: 4:00 PM  Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
    Processing days: Mon–Fri
    Saturday & Sunday: Closed
    Order Handling time:  Mon–Fri 1-3 days
    Order Transit time:  Mon–Sun 4-12 days
    Total delivery time: 5-15 business days

  • International Shipments: Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Generally, delivery takes between 5–15 business days,depending on the destination.

6. Tracking and Notifications
All shipments will be tracked via the carrier’s system. Customers will receive tracking numbers once the shipment is dispatched, and they will be notified about the shipment's status at various stages (e.g., shipped, in transit, delivered). Notifications may be sent via email or SMS, depending on the customer’s preferences.

7. Packaging Requirements
All goods should be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.  For fragile items, special packaging may be required to ensure their safe delivery.

8. Customs and Import Duties
For international shipments, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The company will assist with necessary documentation but is not liable for delays or extra costs incurred due to customs procedures.

9. Returns and Damages
In the event of damage or loss during transit, customers must notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item or the shipment’s delivery failure. Claims will be handled according to the specific carrier's policy.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • Be available to receive shipments or arrange for alternate delivery instructions if necessary.

  • Pay any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments.

11. Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before shipment.

We currently ship to the United States, European Union countries, and other selected international destinations.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
