Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided that:

  • A return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The customer contacts us first before sending the item back.

  • Items must be returned to our designated overseas warehouse.Address:4295 E. Jurupa St, Ste 205, Ontario, California 91761(This address is our designated international returns warehouse for U.S. customers.).

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fee will be charged.

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2 business day and issued to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of laboratory equipment, returns may be subject to inspection.

Exchange Policy

New and slightly used products(This includes products that are opened or have been slightly used). To be eligible:

  • The exchange request must also be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers must contact us first for instructions.

  • Exchanges
    We do not charge any restocking fees for exchanges.
    However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including return shipping and reshipping fees.

EU 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
