Product Introduction
Grinder Homogenizer is a newly developed product by our company. It features comprehensive functionality, a novel appearance, and reliable performance. The instrument is equipped with a large LCD screen and is centrally controlled by a microcomputer, allowing for flexible settings of sample quantity, time, and grinding power. It also supports automatic frequency tracking, fault alarms, and automatic program storage.
The tissue grinder can perform dry grinding, wet grinding, mixing, and homogenization. It can process various types of samples, including plant tissues (such as rice, corn, wheat, beans, peanuts, etc.), animal tissues (such as muscles, small intestines, heart, lungs, fur, bones, etc.), cells, bacteria, yeast. It significantly enhances grinding efficiency and quality for extracting nucleic acids from high-throughput samples. This device is used in fields such as biochemistry, microbiology, surface chemistry, physical chemistry, and zoology(Laboratory & Research Use).

High throughput with results
The highly efficient and fast operation allows grinding of 2×24, 2×48, or 4×96 samples within 1 minute, saving time and effort. It ensures minimal inter- and intra-batch variation. The extracted proteins exhibit higher specific activity, and nucleic acid fragments are longer.
During the grinding process, the sample tubes are fully enclosed. Disposable centrifuge tubes and beads can be used, ensuring that the samples remain intact within the tubes.

Convenient for low-temperature operation
For low-temperature grinding, the sample-loaded adapters can be immersed in liquid nitrogen for 1-2 minutes. After cooling, they can be transferred to the main unit for quick fixation and grinding, eliminating the need for refreezing and saving liquid nitrogen.
Repeatability
By setting the same program for the same tissue samples, identical grinding results are obtained. The short operation time prevents any temperature rise in the samples.
